Question on N91 and N95 Service Provider

Hello, I wanted to get an N91 until the N95 came out...My question is... If I was to purchase an N91 from eBay or somewhere online and had T-Mobile provide me activating it... Will T-Mobile service work with the N91 and then when the N95 comes out will I be able to transfer the SIM card and have the N95 work with the same service provider?

I want to get the N91 until the N95 comes out but I dont want to switch service providers for it.

Also, I seen a video of the N95 and had a movie playing on it and someone mentioned you can download movies/tv shows, etc wireless from the N95? Does anyone know how and where this is done?

A gsm phone that is unlocked can be switched by just switching sim cards. So for T-mobile it should have at least the 1900 band. Not having the 850 can even matter with T-Mobile if you travel. Your other questions about this phone in particular, should be asked (and searched for) in the Series 60 forum. All the phones that use that operating system (that allows applications to be downloaded) have their discussion there.
 
Well, I looked around and could not get a straight answer and to be honest, I dont know much about 1900 or whatever else. I asked Tmobile they said No, but then I heard yes?
