question on my jeep cherokee 2000 lifted?

i have an 2000 jeep cherokee lifted 3 inches and, im not sure if i need an elignment since when i brake my car shakes and also when im braked or if my foot is on the brake while at a red light, it shakes what do i need to get fixed and how much
 
the engine is probably idling rough. hence the shake while stopped. and you probably just need to change rotors and pads. id say there just warped.
 
I have a 2001 Cherokee, and have had to replace warped rotors on it twice to stop the shaking while braking. I'm not sure why, but seems the brakes get hot on these pretty easily.
