question on Monthly service charge ATT Bill on the Iphone?

So my bill says that I have a $105 as monthly service charge, and when I compare it to my other family members they all have 24.99 as monthly service charge.

Why is mine so high??

Is it because I use the free wireless a lot? I dont use the data on the phone.. but the "free wifi".

I always have the cellular data turned off
