Question on fluid in the ears

Just wondering if fluid in an ear can make the neck swell a little bit? Anyone know? Thanks
 
I have fluid in my ears. I have been on an antibiotic for 2 days now and my neck hurts too. I'm having alot of problems with this lately and scared. I have chills at night too and a woozy feeling . I hope you are feeling better. Let me know how you are doing, Thanks, Christine
