Question on electrical system and car audio?

I plan on running 1000 to 1500 watts on a sound system. What I need to know is that can my stock alternator handle it. It is a 2003 ford f150 extended cab so I. Don't know how many amps the alternator is (it has no power windows or stuff like that). If I do how many amps should I go with 130 or so. Just don't want to use a capacitor cause I hear they don't do $hIt.
