Question on cavity wall installation on UK houses built after 1995?

Hello, Our home was built after 1995 ( about 12-13 years old ) in the UK. Does anyone know if cavity wall installation was part of the building regulations then, I know you can have a free survey done but I have been told that after 1995 all new houses had to be built with cavity wall installation as standard and I do not wish to waste someones time applying for a survey if this is the case.
