I'm going to use my dad's upgrade to buy a droid, and figured I'd do it on Amazon since it's a lot cheaper prices..but here is the problem. There is no option to transfer upgrades on the Amazon site like there is on Verizon, so I can't get the discounted price when I input my cell number to purchase the phone. I was wondering, if I just use my dad's number on amazon, when I receive the phone will I be able to activate it to my cell number without affecting his phone/service in anyway? Thanks.
