Hi, I'd like to know if you gain weight, do you gain it in your fingers and toes as well? A friend told me because she says she gained weight, I dunno how much, and her fingers got bigger too. It doesn't make sense to me but is it true? Hasit happened to anyone?

I believe so. I used to be kind of chubby. When I lost weight I noticed my fingers, toes, ankles, wrist, etc...got quite slim and sort of bony. It seems if you gain weight you would get poofy fingers.

No, this isn't a weird question at all. I have a friend who gained weight and had to have all her rings re-sized to fit her fingers because they got bigger. Then, she ended up losing all the weight plus a little more and had to have them re-sized again.

A lot of it has to do with your body type. Some people gain weight, but their neck/face will stay thin. My aunt used to weigh over 200 lbs. and her face was always thin regardless of the fact.

Myself? When I lose weight, I tend to lose it in my face as well, so I have to be careful because it makes me look gaunt/hollow. Even when my weight has increased (during pregnancy) my wrists & face stayed small/thin though. I gained a tiny bit in my face, but not like some pregnant women do. That was kind of strange I thought. Because I lose weight in my face, but don't gain it too much when I was pregnant & heavier?!?

It's different for different people. I gained 60+ pounds several years ago, and then I lost it in the past year or so, and my ring sizes never changed.

Yes. It would be more or less noticeable depending on how much weight, of course. But rings can no longer fit; shoe sizes can change.
