Question for those of you who cook?

I'm making tiramisu and I'm wondering what type of pan/how to do it so I can make it look like
this. How do I get the lady fingers on the outside?

You need to use a rectangular Pyrex (glass) baking dish. Make the first lawyer of the tiramisu, then cut the lady fingers in half and place them around the dish, squeezing them lightly into the first layer. Continue with lawyers of the cream mixture, until all the mixture is used. Sprinkle with cocoa.
