Question for those of you experienced in exercise?

I don't want to get "Eat less, exercise more" as an answer. I really would like a helpful answer please:) I am trying very hard to loose weight, get in shape, and get healthy. I am willing to work for it, 100%. I would really like a meal plan, and an exercise routine. I want to tone up my muscles, loose some body fat, and build up my stamina. Any help or tips you guys could give would be sooo greatly appreciated!
