this has nothing to do with me or anyone i know i am just curious to know about it. if you are 16 years old in the state of pennsylvania, are you aloud to be with someone who is older than 18 years as long as you have parent or gaurdian's permission? are you aloud to live with someone who is older than 18 with parent/gaurdian permission?
i've looked at the pennsylvania marriage law but it only mentions people under the age of 16, like 14 years of age. but this wont help becasue even if it were legal for marriage, what if the person didn't want to get married just yet? does any lawyer or anybody who practices know it? i appreciate the help.
(once again, i am just looking to know some information...i'm not involved in this nor is anyone i know)
