Question for at&t Reps and Salespeople

Oh Laura!

Hello, I am thinking of switching from Sprint to at&t, I currently have the Instinct and would be wanting an iPhone.

I have 3 lines, with unlimited messaging and data on each and would probably need around 1,400 minutes each month. (to protect myself so I don't go over)

It would be a Business account, and I would want a Personal plan (not a corporate plan)

My question is as follows: What would the average bill be per month if I wanted insurance on my phones and the previous information? (if insurance is Possible on the iPhone)

The main question is where can I find a list of iPhone plan prices?

Thanks, Chris

Go to AT&T's website. You can find all the info you need there. A business account will require a tax id and make sure to put all authorized users on the account. It can be troublesome if you dont put ALL authorized users on the account. Hope this helps.

Oh believe me I know to put all Auth'd users on the account... unfortunately I had decided at one time to be a T-Mobile Dealer (we recently closed our doors). What I am wanting is actual user experience, because the Dealers and Corporate store says that the 3G in the area varies from good to terrible, and from EDGE to 3G (80 kbps to 800 kbps) on the iPhone, and up to 1.1 Meg on the data cards.

My main concern is will at&t ever connect the 3G spots on I-70? I mean Sprint and Verizon have continuous 3G coverage from Kansas City through to Saint Louis, but at&t only has it in Saint Louis Metro, Columbia, and Kansas City Metro.

Thanks, Chris

I'm pretty sure they have been working on towers in central Missouri for awhile now, but I though it was just spotty through central. I went out there with my 3g iphone and it only was bad around Joplin Missouri. I could have swore that I heard them talking about doing work on the central Missouri towers though. There is a corporate store in columbia Missouri, and all the guys working there are great. I'm sure if you called they would give you an honest answer. Hope this helps.

P.S. - How do you like your instinct?
