it includes everyone. But say you have a block plan, then its only free to text verizon from verizon. But yeah. if you have unlimited, its not necesarilly free, but you dont pay for each message. you pay the monthly fee...!
My friend and I text a lot, and we both have unlimited texting plans on Verizon. I'm getting a Blackberry, but I don't like the Blackberries on verizon. I actually want a blackberry bold 9000 on att. my question is: does the unlimited texting plan on verizon include messages to people outside of verizon or is the "unlimited" part only for contacts who have verizon? thanks in advance! xx
