Well, Verizon nowadays doesnt have a very good selection of "non 3G" phones that are cool. They do however, have multimedia phones that are pretty cool but u still have to pay 10 bucks a month instead of 30 a month. smartphones require the 30 dollar data package. some cool examples of multimedia phones that i was looking at is the Samsung Reality and the LG enV touch and the Chocolate touch. u should check out verizon wireless's website to view more info about them =D

I have a really bad phone, the Glyde, and I wanted to know if it's true if I can just buy a phone off of ebay an go to the Verizon store and have it activated. Because I don't want to pay $100 if I don't have to.
And I also don't want to have to pay an extra $30 for phones that require internet. So what's a good phone that doesn't need internet but still works and looks good?
Alright, one more question. Is there a way to maybe get around the extra $30 a month for internet if I wanted like the Palm Pixi? Or is that just like a phone where it's whole purpose is for using the internet.
