My husband has a friend he's had since high school. He always wears long sleeves, even when we're on our boat or something where it's really hot. It was once 97 degrees & he had a turtleneck type thing on. My husband says he has a vein disease on his arms & he's embarressed about showing them. That may be so but still isn't he hot all the time. I mean. is there some procedjure that could help him. Just curious.
