Okay, so I decided to start a vegetable garden this year after several years of not using the one we used to keep. So basically since the last time we planted the veggies fended for themselves (four years ago) and to my surprise, as I was de-weeding the garden for planting I came across some healthy growing onions.
Would it be okay to dig them up carefully with roots intact and plant them in a different spot? I already did with a few, so I hope they'll take. Right now they're kind of randomly scattered throughout the garden, and I would like to make it a bit more ordered (so as not to hinder further planting).
