Hello, I was recently in a situation at a Walgreens convenience store where I was considered "loitering". I went there and bought a non-alcohalic drink and drank it in the store. They called the police and once the police came they said I was not going to be allowed at that Walgreens ever again because they were going to do a "tresspassing warrant". So I went home and thought 'that's that', but later I got to thinking about what happened and I thought, don't they have to issue an actual "Warrant" stating that I am not allowed on the property? It has been a month now and I was never issued or mailed any warrant, nor did the police oficer show me a warrant. I didn't sign anything either. Is this right? What should I do? Am I legally allowed on the property? BTW I am in Florida.
