I have a friend who's applying for a toyota job. They are taking the test for aptitude, then backround check comes next I think.
They have a felony on their record, but the case was dismissed. When I look at the paper it can be found for free on the states website, it says 'other plea'
Does this mean they did not plead 'not guilty'
They dont remember because it was years ago and they were 23.
What are the chances of getting the job?
