I just got a Tmobile Nokia Nuron today. I put my sim card from my old phone into it, and I tried to go into contacts. But, when I do that it says "No contacts." and then it has a loading bar that said "Initializing Mobile Backup" And it just sits there like that and doesn't change. What does that mean? Is there something wrong with the phone?
