M Meen 5B New member Nov 11, 2010 #1 My tmobile phone has a broken screen and a bunch of missing buttons. I have tmobile premium insurance. If I call and tell them about my broken phone do I have to bring it in for repair or can I keep the broken phone and have them send me a new one?
