Question about TMNT Anniversary figures

So the first wave of TMNT reissues all have listed on the packages Includes DVD # of 5, but only four of the eight figures have a DVD, and those are the four turtles. Who is supposed to have the 5th disc, and when is that character coming out?
 
I did notice this myself. But please tell me that you're not waiting for that fifth dvd so that you have the first 5 episodes of the original TMNT cartoon. You can pick up the first five episodes on dvd for probably less than $10. And it comes with four bones episodes from the show's later seasons.
 
No, I'm just waiting to know which figure it is supposed to be? I haven't bought them as $9 is really expensive when NECA's comic accurate ones are $4 more, plus, I am hard pressed on money right now due to the lack of hours at work.
 
I'm pretty sure the last DVD will come with the Shredder figure, given that he's the main villain and the final episode's title has his name in it and all.
 
Yeah I think it comes with Shredder since he's the 5th character on the disc art. I picked up Leo and Mike and opened Leo to check the video quality on the first disc. It's just like the season one DVD so if you can find that get it.
