Kinda serious, but I don't care about funny responses, they're welcome here.

Can someone give me any kind of logical reason why the Christians care so much about gays nrabroad
getting married, but they don't seem to give a fuck about atheists getting married. If marriage is supposed to be a "sacred bond", why would they deny gays' right to marry rather than the bigger sinners, non-believers?

Yes, but often the line between "right and wrong" and "good and evil" is a pretty thin line too.

I really don't think so. Wrong is generally infringing on someone's private property rights, and right is generally everything else. Most things, of course, are neither right nor wrong, but preference.

there's no way to write that law into the books. Religious test is banned by the constitution. etc..

THere is no need to force churches to do anything. Last I looked, Canada was going to allow gay marriage, but no church had any requirement to marry anyone.

Whether the issue is sexual orientation, or belief in some rabroad
her religion, or belief in no religion, no church is required to marry someone. I assume that legislation happened. All we have to do is duplicate that.

This is my understanding as well.

The Catholic Church will never perform gay marriages. However, the United Church of Christ clearly will. There's no reason to push a set of morality on a church, but there is also clearly no argument against giving all the rights and privileges of marriage to all consenting adults, regardless of sexual orientation.

Can't say I disagree. Just trying to see if any rabroad
ers can think of a better reason than that, especially the Christian ones

Lol that was supposed to be a joke and be ironic after my original post. I don't have a problem with blacks and white women, just jokin brah
