Question about the Peanuts animated specials

Has every character from the peanuts comic strip made an appearance, or were there some who never showed up? (note: im referring to major recurring characters, not one-shot characters)

All the major characters appeared in at least one special. Heck even the original Patty did.

Pretty much. Even the relatively obscure character 5 made an appearance in You're Not Elected, Charlie Brown, although he didn't have a speaking part.

Have all of Snoopy's brothers been seen in animation?

What about Peggy Jean, the little girl Charlie Brown was seeing late in the strip's run?

Peggy Jean shows up briefly in "It's Christmastime Again, Charlie Brown", and all of Snoopy's brothers and sisters show up in "Snoopy's Reunion".
