Question about the LG Xenon.. please help!?

I've had the same problem and it's tempted me to go back to my Samsung Blackjack. It really doesn't give you much choice in the text saving options, even if you change your memory settings to save to memory card.

My phone can only hold 100 something texts.. I have a memory card in my phone though. Is there any way I can set it so that my texts get saved on my memory card so i dont have to delete them? Ive tried to change the settings but I haven't had any luck.
