question about the ITBS test also known as the ilowa test?

ok im a regular student and last year i took the ITBS also known as lowa test i scored average in the test. i wanted to moved to honnor classes but i did ok in the ITBS test but i do really good in regular i make all A"S but some times one or two B"S sometimes. so can i be in honnors or GT classes
in the taks test i also did very well
