Question about the ab lounge?

well more than one question lol. does it work? how many reps do i do and sets? a friends gave it to me so i wanna know if it is any good. thanks
 
You should probably do 3 sets. As far as reps, I'm sorry, but I don't know. Just push yourself until you can't do anymore, then do the same for the other 2 sets. From there you can figure out your limits and what you should do. Just push yourself
