S Samson New member Jul 14, 2009 #2 You should probably do 3 sets. As far as reps, I'm sorry, but I don't know. Just push yourself until you can't do anymore, then do the same for the other 2 sets. From there you can figure out your limits and what you should do. Just push yourself
