i am with bell and my dad disabled internet on my last phone. ( which did not have 3g ) i think i am getting the Samsung gravity touch which i have heard has 3g. i do not have a data plan and am not planing on getting one. can i still use the 3g on the phone without the data plan and the internet blocked?
