I clicked on a weblink, and symantec corporate antivirus autoscan popped up and told me that I had a bloodhound.pdf.10 infection. The norton virus technician told me that there is no infection left on the computer, and indeed, when you open symantec, there is nothing in the quarantine box or repaired items box. However, there is still an entry of the infection in the risk history, and when i select the entry, and try to delete it, it tells me that i can't take that action. I am wondering why there is still an entry of the infection in the risk history, even if my computer seems to be ok right now, and the technician said it was gone.
