My husband recently did some design work for a man and he is not wanting to pay for it beacuse the work "didn't meet his expectations". My husband offered to re-do the work of course but the guy, I think, is just trying to get some free design work. My question is: Is it possible to sue somebody in small claims court if the person lives in another state?
