Question about Service Fee CRICKETq

Everytime i search it, it freezes, or does somthing weird. So sorry if there is a thread already. But my question is that when i switch my service from one phone to another is there away to do it for free or cheaper then the standard $15.00 fee?
 
A) contact one of the merabers advertising they'll do it for you cheaper. I won't. I don't feel like getting terminated over this.
B) make frienRAB with a dealer or someone that works for cricket.

edit: oh wow i totally missed my 2000th post.
