Question about Rogers Data Plans

i am currently using the $15 unlimited email plan and looking to do a little web browsing ( new rabroad IRC would be nice...lol) what plan should i change to??? Rogers plans are sooooooooo cheap....yea right......

i think that i am gonna go with the 25MB plan
