...back on? The rear left control arm on my 2000 Toyota Camry broke. My gf's brother got it off and replaced it with a new one but now the bolts won't go back on all the way. I'm not sure whether it's just rust or whether we bent the piece the bolts screw back onto.
I'm wondering what my option are for fixing it. My gf's brother said he needed a die to re do the grooves for the bolt but he can't find the die anywhere. What are my options? Would it be unsafe to put a bunch of washers on and then put the nut on as far as it will go on? What other options do I have?
