I've read about how raw food is very healthy and how cooked food supposedly is bad for you because the enzymes are destroyed and your body has to produce them on their own or whatever. I'm looking for a raw foodist who knows what what they are talking about:
I was talking to someone about this subject and they rebuttled with "it depends how long the food is cooked, burnt food IS bad for you but if its lightly cooked its fine"
So, how cooked does food have to be in order to be toxic or w.e raw foodist say?
