I always shave it into a small triangle, but ALWAYS get bumps even when I use aloe shaving cream and a 3 bladed razor, IT NEVER FAILS AND I HATE IT!

I've considered waxing, but I can't afford the neat little waxing kits. Is there any way I could make a homemade wax to use?
