I know people who do the pullout method have a risk of getting pregnant from pre-ejaculation. My question is.....when does it release or how quickly? Does it happen in the duration of sex or just right before the ejaculation occurs? Or both maybe?
It all depends on the guy. It can come immediately before or just drip from the penis as soon as an erection is sustained up until cumming. There is no way to avoid or stop it. The guy doesn't have any control over it, no matter what he says.
It happens before penetration, it acts as a lubricant, and yes you can get pregnant from it, even if there in not penetration. My best friend got pregnant this way, when she gave birth to her daughter she was still a virgin.
