I'm in my Adv. Digital Photo class & we have an assignment due tomorrow. He gave us a hand out on how to edit the photo & one of the instructions is to "Go to Edit, then use the drop down menu to find Transform". He has an older version of Adobe Photo shop that he's working with, & I have Corel Paint Shop Pro Photo X2, which has no "Transform" button to my knowledge. Can anyone direct me in how to do this with my version of photo shop?
