Hello, I am with the company tmobile and I'm having some issues with payment. Over the summer I had to move and thus had no income, so I tried turning off the "flexpay" function which disallows the company to automatically take out payments. I incurred no fees last month but now I randomly got dinged my monthly bill, on a random day of the month too. Is this normal? Are they allowed to do this?
