hi ppl.i request the indian lawyers to plz answer my question.i hv given money to a person for admission in a college.i did not know this person directly but a class mate of mine referred to me saying that this guy is his cousin and he can help me in getting admission in a good MBA college.and my class mate also said that if his cousin is not able to get admission for me in a college that guy will return the money or else my classmate said that he will take the responsibility of returning the money.and now i did not get admission in any college and that person did not return my money either and my class mate is saying that he cannot do anything now. so what should i do now.please help
