Question about my workout.

Hey, im new to this board and this is my first post. I have a question to those who are big workout people. I am trying to build muscle and just be healthy overall. I was wondering if those educated in muscle building could let me know if my workout is balanced enough or if I need to drop or add an exercise. Here is what I do:

Day 1: Cardio, Incline press, bench press, shoulder raise, triceps pulldown

Day 2: Cardio, chinups, machine exercise for back

Day 3: Squats, calf raise
(I rotate the bicycle crunch exercise every other day as well)

So what do you think? Am I missing something in my exercise or is it good enough?
 
Quite a few muscle groups you're missing there. Throw in some deadlifts to target your hamstrings (or your back, depends on which variation of the deadlift you perform), and definitely add rows to your routine to target your back muscles more.
 
Yeah, I agree with Coconuts. In addition to the deadlifts, I would also add some leg presses, shoulder presses, and some bicep curls to round out your routine. I also don't see any abdominal or core work in your routine...definitely add those in. Maybe some pushups, too.
