I upgraded to an LG enV touch in on November 5, 2009 and sometime in January my dad upgraded to the Motorola Droid (2 seperate accounts/contracts). He did not like the droid so we went to the Verizon store and we swtiched out our phones, I gave him the enV touch and I got the Droid. well now his bill was WAY up there and he is on a fixed income so he is just not gonna pay it and go to straight talk. my question is when his account goes bad from lack of payment will they shut off my Droid since it was his upgrade or the enV touch since it is on his line and the droid is on mine

If you guys simply switched phones and not accounts, then he started using data on the Touch as if it were a smartphone. I am guessing that you had a basic data plan on your touch and when you switched phones he ran up data charges. I am also guessing that he didn't have unlimited data on the Touch when he got it from you. As long as the Droid is on your account and it is in good standing you shouldn't have a problem.
