Question about my health.?

Ill try and keep this brief... but i doubt it will end up that way

Basically i have been doing some reading about different things and i wanted to get others opinions on anxiety. Im 20 years old an athlete and am a physically healthy guy with no real history of medical problems (mentally or physically). However i notice that when going out into public for example i feel:
- antsy
- tight in the chest
- i constantly feel like im being judged by others for some reason
- i tend to sweat (associated with hot flashes i guess?), especially when im interacting with other people either at work or at school, etc.
- and im never one to really sit still or sit comfortably in a classroom setting or in a stadium as im always fidgeting.
- I always feel like im in a rush or in a hurry even though there is nothing to warrant it.

So heres my question and im hoping people with experience or similar symptoms could answer and give their point of view: Is this an anxiety issue or am i just looking too much into this? Also, because i feel more stressed or up tight than perhaps the average person, is this going to be affecting me later in life? remember im an athlete and run 3x a week and play basketball baseball and football and pick up hockey in winter. But should i be concerned about that? and is there anyone out there who experiences similar feelings?

Your responses are appreciated,
Thanks.
Forgot to add that i have not talked to a doctor and im not looking for a response that tells me to just talk to my doctor. Im hoping for a little more depth and care into the responses.
Thanks.
