it is obviously not the fuse. it has to be faulty wiring . check out wires around the distributor cap, generator, and wiring up the steering column. it is a pain in the butt, but you got to do it. the car is older now, so things like this are gonna start happening. you may want to replace the lights and find out what year it is. don't worry about a manual, look at the manufacturer's sticker. it should be on the underside of the hood, or in the drivers doorway.
 
the blinkers have stopped working completely and when you press the switch to activated the blinkers it kind of makes an electronic noise but doesn't do anything. dash and headlights still work fine. any ideas? i was thinking about changing out the fuses just for cheap sake but does anyone have any other ideas? i'm going to go out and buy a manual tomorrow. thanks! :)
