it is obviously not the fuse. it has to be faulty wiring . check out wires around the distributor cap, generator, and wiring up the steering column. it is a pain in the butt, but you got to do it. the car is older now, so things like this are gonna start happening. you may want to replace the lights and find out what year it is. don't worry about a manual, look at the manufacturer's sticker. it should be on the underside of the hood, or in the drivers doorway.
