Hi Im 5' 4'' to 5' 5'' a around 105 lbs. I walk to and from my bus stop maybe 5-10 minute walk mostly. I have yoga all school year. I am not on a diet. Im not saying Im fat so dont say Im a perfect size but I do think i have a gut which is why I wanna lose a little weight or just like shink my waist or somthing so I don't have a gut that sticks out. Will walking to and from my bus stop, to my classes couple minutes every hour or so and doing yoga help me get a flatter looking stomach or abs or something? Thx in advance.
