I purchased a mobile phone from china and it came with limited directions.It has a stand alone battery charger with a A.C. plug and a USB plug on the top of the charger. A USB plug came with the phone. So do i install the battery then plug into outlet to charge,or do i use the USB port to connect the phone while it charges also?
