Question about Military income and WIC?

My hubby is in the military, and we just moved to Maryland from Oregon. In Oregon we were on WIC for our little one, and now that we've moved to our new duty station, I am wondering if we Still qualify for WIC here in Maryland?? Back home, (Oregon) WIC didn't count BAH as income...so we were under the 33k for a family of three. I am just looking to see if we qualify...

(I looked on the MD wic website, I couldn't find what I was looking for...) I am hoping someone can help?
