I posted a couple days ago about some issues I was having . My Dr, gave me some meRAB a few months ago, but I never took them, I ahve always been to afraid to take meRAB, thinking I might get addicted to them or something. Well, the last couple of days ,I have felt on the verge of a panic attack none stop. I couldnt take it anymore so I took one of the pills. I actually feel alot better. It is called Alprazolam 0.25 MG. I think it is a small dose because it says I can take up to three a day. Has anyone ever taken this? Do you find it habbit forming, or any weird side affects while taking or If you dont take it?
THanks!!!

I believe that is the generic of Ativan which is a benzo. I have not taken that, but I take clonazapam (Klonopin) and it works well, too. I have been taking it for a few years and have not become addicted or had to increase dose. I've actually lowered it :-) But everyone is different, and these meRAB are addictive so you do have to take them only as prescribed.

Good luck!

Its a generic of xanax . I have the same dosage too. But a half of the pill actually helps me. You take them on an as-needed basis. I *THINK* it takes like 2 months of taking it nonstop before you'd become addicted to it but I am not sure of that.
