when creating a liquid html page, I have my top menu bar design with rounded edges, since liquid adjust to different monitors, etc. when it resizes my page, how do i keep it to where my menu bar {horizontal} keeps in tact and just shrinks down to where the rounded edges are always in view, if that makes since?
I guess just loook at this page, the top blue menu bar, resize your window and just see how it stays in tact, how is this done?
