question about KP

I was just curious to see what products people had good results on as far as improving on their keratosis pilaris?? also were the products over the counter or prescribed?? I have it on both my arms and my upper back. Feel free to add any additional comments that might help improve KP. I'm all ears haha. Thanks.
 
I'd like to know, too. My teenage son has it on his cheeks, chest, upper arms and upper back. Then he has some acne thrown in-what a lovely corabination! Any help would be greatly appreciated!
 
Aqua Glycolic products helped my KP some, didnt cure it but has lessened somewhat and some say it has relieved them of theirs. You can search for the merz pharmaceutical website. good luck!
