I am a 16 year old female. I am really intrested in joining the army when i graduate from highschool in June of '12. I just researched and saw that these are the female requirements for a female.
Push Ups: (60%) 19
(100%) 42
Sit Ups: (60%) 53
(100%) 78
2 mile run (60%) 18:54
(100%) 15:36
Now, my question is for the push ups and sit ups, how long do you get? Is it just a minute?
I am just curious so i can start training for next year.
